1. Which currency will I be charged in ? 

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

2. Where do you ship from ?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Colorado. So, orders might be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

3. How long will it take for my items to arrive ?

It will usually take 1-5 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on the demand and shipping location. Please note that week-ends are not considered as business days.

4. Where is my tracking number ?

It will take usually between 1 and 5 business days to get your tracking number. You can enter your order number and email on our tracking page :

6. How much do you charge for shipping ?

On most items we do charge a shipping cost of approximately 7$. We do offer FREE shipping on orders above 40$

7. Where is you company located ?

Our offices are located in Europe. Our supply warehouses are located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

8. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order ?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

13. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs ?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
